This demo copy of Help! does not create reports. Instead, two sample reports are provided which you can open and examine.
Open the Help! Demo application by double-clicking its icon. When the Help!™ Reports window appears, you will see three buttons: New Report (which has limited functionality in this demo), Open Report and Quit.
Click the Open Report button. Select either Demo Report #1 or Demo Report #2 from the dialog box which appears.
After the report comes up, you will see two pop-up menus at the bottom of your screen.
The Contents pop-up menu allows you to navigate quickly through the report. Select a topic from the menu to go directly to that topic.
The View pop-up menu allows you to select different views of the report depending upon which topics you wish to be displayed. You can also create your own custom views with the View Editor available from the Edit menu.
To print a copy of the report exactly as it appears on screen, select Print from the File menu.
